Drehgriffel Nr. 2 – the pencil.

The Drehgriffel is precision milled in aluminium and brass, then varnished and sealed. It has a spring-loaded twist mechanism.When the twist mechanism is released,the chuck closes and holds the graphite in place. Inside the Drehgriffel Nr. 2 there is also a chamber that holds several refills at once and immediately pushes the next one forward when the other has been used up.
