One of the most important parts of any sharpener is the blade. KUM blades are precision sharpened by laser and made of high carbon steel that is razor sharp. At 62HRC, the steel is harder than the steel used in quality kitchen knives.

KUM are also the only manufacturers to use curved blades in their sharpeners which is called Dynamic Torison Action.

These blades will fit standard sized KUM Sharpeners, not their AS2M Automatic.
